Refund Policy of ShopMeUp

1. General Rule
Due to the nature of consulting services, refunds are limited and governed by this policy.
2. One-Time Services
- If the service has already started or been delivered, no refund is available.
- If the service has not started, a refund may be requested within 24 hours of payment.
3. Subscription Services
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
- Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.
- Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of ShopMeUp, including technical errors or duplicate payments.
5. Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted to shmeup@gmail.com with payment details and explanation.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable time via the original payment method.
